The perfumers who created Initio's Addictive Vibration are Maurice Roucel and Pierre-Constantin Guéros. The fragrance was launched in 2016 and is described as a Floral Amber fragrance for women.

Pierre Guéros grew up in Paris. His father, a fashion designer, owned a studio there imbued with the scents of leather, fur and polished wood. It was during an open house day at the ISIPCA perfume school that Pierre discovered the profession of perfumer, which deeply resonated with his creative yet scientific mind. He embraced his vocation as a perfumer, seeing it as a valuable opportunity, all the while feeding his natural curiosity with reading, trips and encounters. His taste for knowledge and passion for discussing anything remotely related to perfume served him well on many occasions. After 15 years abroad in Germany and the USA, he joined the Symrise family in 2015, initially in Dubai and then in Paris, bringing a little bit of his different expatriations with him.

Maurice Roucel is considered one of the best perfumers of his time, Maurice Roucel is often characterized as a legend. Born in Normandy, trained as a chemist and educated at Chanel, perfumery has been his playground since the 1970s. Humble and hardworking, he often impresses with his authentic personality. He has worked as a perfumer for the most prestigious houses allowing him to create some of the most iconic fragrances in the industry. At the same time, he also participated in the creation of niche brands, notably alongside Frédéric Malle. Pioneer with the use of magnolia in perfumery, self-taught, curious and inspired, he displays a brave attitude, as shown by his motto "live life and don't look back". His vision is reflected in both.

Floral This is the largest fragrant group encompasses numerous versions of compositions with a floral heart: freshly picked flowers, flowers with aquatic, green or powdery nuances, as well as floral-aldehyde, floral-fruity and gourmand compositions.
