REFUND POLICY
Returns
Neverabore accepts returns and exchanges of unopened, unused and undamaged merchandise bought from us online that shipped to an address within the United States within 30 days of the item’s original purchase.

We cannot accept the return or refunding of any intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases originally purchased online through Neverabore.
Additionally, our return policy does not include sale items, Neverabore gift cards or any item altered from outsourcing through another buyer/seller entity.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or valid proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, as they will not be in a position to assist you.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a notification email stating whether or not your refund has been approved.
Pending approval, your refund will be processed in the method of their original payment in as timely a fashion as possible. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We recommend in instances of goods of $150 and over, a trackable shipping or purchasing shipping insurance be used, since it is difficult to guarantee that a returned item of greater monetary worth will find its way to Neverabore without some form of insurance.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
We encourage you to review your bank account before contacting us regarding any pending refunds. Should the refund not have arrived, you may wish to contact your credit card company as it may take some time as waiting times for digital notification may vary with both banks and credit card companies.
Gift Returns
Should you wish to return a gift item was marked as such when purchased and shipped directly to you, once the undamaged, unused and unopened item is returned to Neverabore, a gift credit for its equal value will be issued to you.
In the case of the return of an item that wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you at a later time, upon Neverabore’s approval of the return the gift giver will receive notice of your the item’s return.
